" He commented. that ~iri. 1979 the Village would be 160 <br />' years "old~and suggested Council give Consideration to declaring a <br />Village Day next year. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that in Friday's pac]cets Council would receive a copy <br />of the Studen decision. <br />Mr. Busa stated that there would be no Caucus meeting on the 26th. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that the East Ohio Gas Company is requesting permission <br />to provide service to S/23 Wildwood Trail. <br />Mr. Bennett explained that the line down Metro P arlc and Zorn is large <br />enough to provide service to the new development at no cost to the <br />Villager unless the line is over 100'. <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a motion to grant the East Ohio <br />Gas Company permission to provide the service. <br />Mr. Bennett stated that anyone w~i.shing to have the gas should check with <br />the Building Department first because it is an expensive process to <br />change heating systems. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS:. Nine Motion Carried <br />Permission Granted <br />Everyone expressed Holiday Wishes. <br />Mr. Flynn gave a letter to Mr. Busa, with copies for all of Council, in <br />which he requested permission to have a copy of the transcript of the <br />hearing held in July, 1977. <br />Mr. Feneli said he had done some research on the suject and as a party of <br />any law suit you can fight to have evidence produced. Council.too]c a <br />straw vote at an informal meeting to have the hearing recorded. Council <br />is in a position to take a vote to release the comply, Mr. Flynn can have <br />the Court decide. <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to comply with the <br />request of Councilman Flynn in his letter of December 18, 1978 under the <br />custodian supervision of the Law Director. <br />Mr. Relic stated that he is the custodian of the records and assets of the <br />Village and. would lice to discuss this with the legal Counsel before <br />relinguis'iing any records. He stated that he,didn't feel that his office <br />was subordinant to any of the Village Hall. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that if the Council decided to release the transcript <br />he would have to withdraw the motion for protective order. <br />Mr. Relic stated he would comply with an order from the Courts. <br />
