Cost is based on actual claims made. <br />A party is planned for the Council people on thw 24th of January. <br />Mr. Relic suggested that the Budget/Appropreations Committee give some <br />consideration to the Workmens Compensation Group's proposal. <br />Planning & Zoning - Mrs. Hanus reported on the two proposals submitted at <br />the meeting on the 11th of December: One of Mr. P aris._for the Office <br />Bldg, on Beta Drive was tabled for not more than 60 days; One for Pro- <br />gressive Ins. addition who submitted more plans for review. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola stated a.meeting would be held in January <br />to select a chairman for 1999. <br />Recreation - Mr. Bennett reported on the annual Christmas party that had <br />a nice turnout and th~a.nked those that contributed>their ]ie1p. <br />MARC - No Report <br />Heinen Committee - Mr. Amendola stated the job is progressing, two walls <br />are up and the parking lot base is in.. <br />Municipal Center - No Report <br />OLD BUSINESS: ,. <br />Jakeway Proposal - Mr. Relic stated a meeting is to be held in January <br />with the State Officials and requested that Council and the Mayor be a <br />part of this meeting to indicate the Village's sincerity. The date will <br />be set and notification sent to those concerned. <br />Wilson Mills Improvement - Mr. Hovancse]t stated the linens are to go to <br />Columbus within the next ten days and then it would be up to Council to <br />urge.construct~on begin. <br />Sick Leave - "On the job injures" - Mr. Bennett reported that the <br />Committee is still reviewing the subject. <br />Codification of Ordinances - Mr. Feneli.stated that Council had-been given <br />copies this evening of proposal submitted by The Walter Drane Co. and <br />one should be forthcoming from The Justinian Publishing Company. <br />Council to review both proposals before malting a decision. <br />Insurance -.Public Officials - Mr. Avery is waiting for a quote from Lloyds <br />of London. <br />Ordinance 78-61, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF <br />AN ENGINEER FOR HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO", was introduced by Mr. Bennett. <br />Mr. Bennett stated that the contract had been nevi°ewed by the Finance <br />Committee. The contract is for 19.79 and 1980 and recommended passage. <br />
