He coordinated <br />with Mr. Leech, Mr. Michalko, former City of Cleveland Shade Tree Com- <br />missioner, Ohio Bell Telephone Co. and the supplier and are now awaiting <br />for council action. The price is $11.50 each, $1000 for top soil per <br />tree with Ohio Bell Telephone Coe digging the holes without charge.
