NAYS: Mr. Schmidt. <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Ma,yor's Court/L,yndhurst Court: Mayor Beebe stated that thru Jan. 26, <br />1972 fines brought in through the Lyndhurst Court atnounted to $1117.00 <br />and an average to Mayfield for this period would be $1088.50 making us <br />$28.50 ahead with the court system. <br />Regional Planning Status: Mayor Beebe reported from the statement re- <br />ceived from Regional Planning, with a current contract of $6200.00 we've <br />had three reports; Gould, Flastine and Van Curen Proposals and four <br />visits. Mr. Carl Bohm, Regional Planning Director, should be contacted <br />for a meeting to find out what we can expect to be done for us with a <br />$6200.00 contract? How are Regional Planning recommendations being re- <br />ceived in courts of the area? Mr. Relic reported $3200.00 to date has <br />been sent to them and he is now holding up for payment a bill of $167.00. <br />Mr. Rickey reported that there is a time limit on that :?xpenditure. They <br />were to make so many visits to the village and finish by Aprile Mr. Boger <br />stated that the job was to review and discuss the zoning and then to go <br />to Planning and Zoning Commission and have approval of council before <br />they (Master Plan Committee) went to Regional Planning Commissiono Prob- <br />lem, in the whole, was the spending of the money. <br />Committee Reports: <br />Planning and Zoning: Mr. Bordonaro: Read his report of Feb. 14, 1972 <br />Meeting. NTr. Schmidt introduced this into council previously <br />and withdrew it in favor of the following proposed ordinance. <br />ORDINAIVCE #72-7: Mr. Schmidt introduced ORDINANCE #72-7, Entitled: "AN <br />ORDINANCE TO ANIEND ORDINANCE N0. 159, THE ZONING ORDIPIANCE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF MaYFIELD, BY ADDING SECTION 32, PROVIDING FOR SMALL OFFICE BUILDING <br />DISTRICT, AND TRANSFERRING CERTAIN LANND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WILSON MILLS <br />ROAD PRESENTLY IN MOTORISTS-SERVICE 1-1ND CLASS U-1 (SINGLE RESIDENCE) USE <br />DISTRICTS, INTO A SMI-;LL OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT." Given a first read- <br />ing and referred to Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />PUBLIC HEARING: A motion was made by Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Boger, <br />to hold a public hearing on April 5, 1972 at 8:00 P.M. in Mayfield Village <br />Hall on proposed Ordinance #72-1.
