Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Ma,yor's Court/L,yndhurst Court: Mayor Beebe stated that thru Jan. 26, 1972 fines brought in through the Lyndhurst Court atnounted to $1117.00 and an average to Mayfield for this period would be $1088.50 making us $28.50 ahead with the court system. Regional Planning Status: Mayor Beebe reported from the statement re- ceived from Regional Planning, with a current contract of $6200.00 we've had three reports; Gould, Flastine and Van Curen Proposals and four visits. Mr. Carl Bohm, Regional Planning Director, should be contacted for a meeting to find out what we can expect to be done for us with a $6200.00 contract? How are Regional Planning recommendations being re- ceived in courts of the area? Mr. Relic reported $3200.00 to date has been sent to them and he is now holding up for payment a bill of $167.00. Mr. Rickey reported that there is a time limit on that :?xpenditure. They were to make so many visits to the village and finish by Aprile Mr. Boger stated that the job was to review and discuss the zoning and then to go to Planning and Zoning Commission and have approval of council before they (Master Plan Committee) went to Regional Planning Commissiono Prob- lem, in the whole, was the spending of the money. The commission rejected proposed Ordinance #71-35 relative to north side property on Wilson Mills between Mayfield School and Mrm Steak House Restauranto Approved proposed Ordinance #72-1 relative to Upper Forty on ldilson Mills changing from apartment house use to single family use. Plans were submitted for a high rise project on the same property by Carl Milstein, et al, and was sent to workshop for study. ORDINEINCE #71-35• Entitled: 'tAN ORDINANCE TO ANTEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLaGE OF MAYFIELD BY TRA1VSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY O1V THE NORTH- ERLY SIDE QF WILSON NIILLS RQAD FROM A CLASS U-1 USE DISTRICT TO A LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT." NTr. Schmidt introduced this into council previously and withdrew it in favor of the following proposed ordinance. ORDINAIVCE #72-7: Mr. Schmidt introduced ORDINANCE #72-7, Entitled: "AN ORDINANCE TO ANIEND ORDINANCE N0. 159, THE ZONING ORDIPIANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MaYFIELD, BY ADDING SECTION 32, PROVIDING FOR SMALL OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT, AND TRANSFERRING CERTAIN LANND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WILSON MILLS ROAD PRESENTLY IN MOTORISTS-SERVICE 1-1ND CLASS U-1 (SINGLE RESIDENCE) USE DISTRICTS, INTO A SMI-;LL OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT." Given a first read- ing and referred to Planning and Zoning Commission. PUBLIC HEARING: A motion was made by Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Boger, to hold a public hearing on April 5, 1972 at 8:00 P.M. in Mayfield Village Hall on proposed Ordinance #72-1. Roll Call: kYES: Messrs. Boger, Bord- onaro, Braun, Davis, Leech and Schmidt. NAYS: None. Motion Carried
