Motion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />RESOLUTIOIV #814: Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Boger, introduced RESOLUTION <br />A1, Entitled: "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO ADVANCE <br />THE SUM OF $30,000o00 TO THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD OUT OF CURRENT TAX <br />COLLECTIONS." Mr, Davis, seconded by Mr. Braun, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of 1aw requiring a resolution to be read on three separate <br />occasions. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, Braun, Davis, <br />Leech and Schmidt.. Plan: No report. <br />Clerk-treasurer: Mr. Relic: Filed state and annual report and will be <br />published in Sun Messenger on March 3 or 9. <br />Council President Boger: Asked Mr. Hovancsek to explain the million gallon <br />holding tank at Beech Hi11 Pumping Statione ans: "Basically, it is <br />approximately 20' above the existing terrain, styrofoam dome 10 - 12' high <br />to cover large tank, 135' in diameter and approximately 150' east of the <br />Beech Hil1 Road along the approximate alignment of Bonnieview Road. The <br />engineer's letter of tipril 20, 1970 recommended, among other things; screen- <br />ing and planting of the million gallon holding tank site." Mayor Beebe <br />asked Mr. Hovancsek to attempt to get landscaping as part of the package. <br />Village Engineer: Mr. Hovancsek: Report is prepared on sections of storm <br />sewer in Mayfield Heights and Mayfield Village in Worton Park. Completed <br />a rough draft of a letter relative to the $eech Hill Pumping Station. This <br />happens to be National Engineers UJeek and we have two councilmen, Messrs. <br />Boger and Davis, who are engineers.
