Mr. Edelman stated that they <br />will file a Mandamus Suit in Court of Appeals stating that we are tak.ing <br />away alI rights of access to Sandalwood Drzve, thereby, depriving them <br />of their property rights. They will request a fair price to be set by <br />condemnation proceedings. <br />Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Davis, made a motion to adopt the following <br />resoluti.on : <br />"Whereas, Lucretia Van Curen, Richard P.
