MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />Va.llage of Mayfield <br />May 15, 1992 <br />The Counca.l of the Yillage of Mayfield met in regular session at May- <br />field Village Hall on Monday, May 15, 1972 at 8:05 n.m., Mayor Robert <br />G. Beebe, presided. <br />The Pledge ot Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Rol]. Call: Present: Mayor Beebe, Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, Braunt <br />Davis, Leech and Schmidt. <br />Absent: None <br />A'l.so present were Messrs. Edelman, D'tigostino, Hovancsek, Mrs. Maynard, <br />Chiefs Hejol and 5h4rtle. (Mrs. Piaynard represented Clerk-treasurer <br />Relic, oub of town on business.) Mr. Boger, seconded hy Mr. Da.vis, moved that the rni.nutes of the ApriZ <br />17, 2972 Meeting be accepted as written. Rc,ll Call: AYES: Messrs. <br />Boger, Bordanarot Braun, Davis, Leech and Schmidt. NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />N',inutes Approved <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />mommumme" <br />1Fj,11a e Ha1Z Pro ert : Final payments have been made on the rebui.ld- <br />ing of the village hall, wi.th the exception of $5p0.00 heid for any un- <br />finished matters. The air conditioning and heating contractor has given <br />us a letter of guarantee for one year. The large sign in front of the <br />2uilc3ing has been relocated to the side af the building and apprapriate <br />signs indicating nieeting nights :of Council and Planning and Zorting <br />Commission yri11 be attached thereto. Low growing $reenery has been <br />added- to .the planter and actditional plantings around the hall wi11, take <br />plaae soon. <br />Vi].la e Roads Flooded Areas and "C3.ean-up" Campai8rt: We are warking <br />hard to get help. ales will be repaixed an.d 2 or 3 roacls will be <br />completely repaved this summer. The Brownies and the Girl Scouts did a <br />great job on April 29 in the clean-up area. 7'hey planted f].owers <br />axound the granite stone in front of the bui3.ding. Bottles, etc. were <br />removsd from Beta Drive and there will be follow-up work oA this. (31d <br />unlicensed cars.will be removed from the village. <br />r Beech Hi13 Treatment F'lant: Nothing further ta report. There wftll be <br />a meeting Friday, y I9 here and everyone involved uriZl be in attend- <br />? ance. <br />Sewer Construction Ban: There are two bans to vvercome before any new <br />sewer connectian$ can be made, one by Judge McMonagle and one by the <br />Oh3o State 'ilater Pollution Board. Judge 14cMonag2e may take acti.ore on <br />this mattex at a hearing on May 18. The state ban remains status quo.
