3. <br />Van Curen Propert,y Status: Mr: Edelman stated that it must be 5ome kind <br />of record because we now have 4 law suits on one block. First suit, on <br />the 40 x 90' piece abutting Sandalwood Road; second suit,'appeal by Mr. <br />Van Curen because of action of the Flanning and Zoning Commission re- <br />jecting his plan.for exits on Sandalwood Road; third suit, rir: Vari Guren <br />filed mandatory injunction to compel the village to fi2e eminent domain <br />proceedings for his right to aocess that the village deprived him of; and <br />fourth suit, Nir. Sidney Sbhwartz, owner of a small lot in that bloekv to <br />enjoin the council and the Village of Mayfield from passing Ordinarice <br />#71-37, whzch is to rezone the whole block back to apartnlents. It has been approved by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and a 1'ublic Hearing has been he1.d. The ordinance was then <br />given it's third reading. NIr. Ronald Keck has accepted re- <br />appointment. Nir. Boger, seconded by Mro Davis, made a motion to con- <br />firm his appointment. Roll Call: AYLS: Messrs.
