Braun, made a motion to approve and pass <br />as read Resolution #819. Roll Call: t:YES: Messrs. Soger, Bordonaro, <br />Braun, Davis and Schmidt. NAYS: Nonee <br />NIotion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Special Meetine: Required to have a special meeting to pass an ordin- <br />ance to request the county auditor to put this levy on the ballot. N1r. <br />Schmidt, seconded by P-1r. Davis, made a motion to set July 31, 1972 at <br />$:00 p.m. as the date for the special meeting. Roll Call; AYES: Messrs. <br />Boger, $ordonaro, Braun, Davis and Schmidt. NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Additional Street Lighting: Mainly installation costs involved here. <br />Safety and Service Committee Meeting of iAay lst recommended 18 areas <br />to be considered. Tabled for study. <br />Beecher's Brook Resident's Roada Our concern is the dedicated portion. <br />Decision made to post a sign "Over Five Ton Prohibited." Weeds will <br />be cut. Mr. Hovancsek will check into it. Mayor said we are aware <br />of the problem and July 26 is the target date for this critical area. <br />"AlS.State" Sign: (yJilson Mills) Mayor said he vras made aware of the <br />sign by many people. "At the May meeting of the Building Appeals Board," <br />Mr. Bordonaro posed the question, "was there any other business stated <br />that night other than the All State sign?" Mr. Boger answered, "no." <br />Much discussion followed and it was agreed to get a councilmanic vote. <br />N1r. Boger, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, made a motion to approve the sign <br />if the size of the planter is reduced (with shrubs planted) and if the <br />sign is reduced to 2' x 6'. Roll Call: AYES: rlessrse Boger and <br />Schmidt. NAYS: Messrse Bordonaro, Braun and Davis. <br />Motion Not Carried <br />Schwartz/Van Curen Propert,y (SOM): xrea being considered by them now <br />is Sohio Service Station to Sandalwood Drive by making it into one big <br />complex a7.lowing a large turn-around for trucks with no backing out into <br />Sandalwood. Presentation will be made at P and Z meeting. <br />Upper View/Mil-Ma,y Building Pernit: The P and Z minutes of the last <br />meeting will state the status of the building permit appZication. <br />• Bonnieview/Beech Hill Treatment Plan.t: Mayor stated we'd like to keep <br />it out of Mayfield Village. 4!e have never seen the plans if, in fact, <br />they existo <br />General Village Problem Areas: We are no longer sending out certified <br />letters to villagers pertaining to property maintenance.
