-6- <br />r HIGHLAND ROAD FROM AN OFFICE-LABORATORY DISTRICT AND PRODUCTION-DISTRIBU- <br />?TION DISTRICT TO A CLASS U-1 DISTRICT." <br />i <br />Given a'second reading. <br />Ordinance 72-157 entitled; "AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT ZONING CLASS2F=CATION FOR THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, OHIO." <br />Given a second reading. <br />Other Village Problems/Matters of Interest: <br />I <br />Mr. Relic asked for approval to pay bi11 from Pioneer Contracting Corp. <br />The bid was accepted by Ordinance 72-19 for $16,480.00; however, final <br />invoice was for $17,550.10. Mr. Hovancsek stated the reason for increase <br />was due to additional material required per more sq. yards of surface for <br />which approval had been given. Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Braun, motioned to pay the bill when funds <br />are available. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, Braun, and <br />Davis NAYS: Mr. Leech <br />Motion Carried <br />--7`' Mr. Relic also asked for approval to pay another bill for the wideni.ng <br />of SOM Center Road; a balance due of $508.66 remaining from original bill <br />of $41,170. This delay of payment for the additional cost. was again due <br />to more material needed to complete project. <br />Mr. Davis,seconded by Mr. Boger, motioned to pay bill when funds are avail- <br />able. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, Braun, and <br />. <br />Davis <br />NAYS: Mr. Leech <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Leech did not feel we should pay the additional cost at a rate of 6hX. <br />We accepted the bid at a firm price and that's the price we should pay. <br />Comment from the floor: Mr. Phillip Strunk, 741 SOM Center Road, stated <br />. Pioneer has not finished grading and reseeding his property. The Mayor <br />advised Mr. D'Agostino was working with Pioneer to have this work com- <br />pleted. Mr. Hovancsek suggested a letter from the Mayor to Pioneer remind- <br />ing them to fa.nish this work. It was agreed that final payment would not' <br />be made until such is done. <br />i5now Cleaning: ' Because of a series of problems/complaa.nts from residents last year on <br />
