Rel,ic, Edelman, Hovancsek,.D'Agostino, - <br />Chiefs He j cl and Shortle. <br />Comments from the floor: Arthur Miniello, 6198 Wil.son Mills Road, presented a notorized letter =.. <br />on a request for rezoning of his property from residential to cammer-cial use. All Committees have a copy of previous request.for study. ? I -Mr. Edelman adviseci-at this point an Ordinance could be introduced • <br />by a Councilman and a$35.00 fee paid to the C1.erk-Treasurer's office : for processing along with a legal description. Ordinance will be <br />drafted for next meeting. <br />Charles Prior, 6205 S. Woodlane, suggested.. the OrdinanCe on parking of .- <br />" recreational vehicles be separated into categories. Has no objections <br />?to boats parked in driveways, but does object to undesirables like '. <br />.. junk cars, pickup trucks, etc. Ordinance Review Committee to further. study as directed by the Mayor. Mr. Edelman stated other municipal- <br />.- ities have the same problem. <br />Ruth Gillis, 6180 Wilson Mills Road, asked for a Councilmanic investi- <br />. gation on the Recreation Park bond issue because of all the "skum" that <br />was brought up in petty politics. The Mayor suggested Mrs. Gillis sub-?.-:.:mit her request in writing to Council, then a meeting would be arranged. <br />Charles Shiffer, Novelty,Ohio, the Village's rubbish collector pre- „.. <br />sented his problem of increased volume of leaves during October and more so in Nrnrember. Landfill costs a].one for October was $230. Mr. ; - <br />Bordonaro asked if the cost was attributed just to the leaves because, of the no open burning law to which Mr. Shiffer replied yes; his "3ncome had not increased to comp.ensate for the additional load of .;. <br />leaves. Mr. Relic asked Mr'. Shiffer for a total cost breakdown for <br />the month of October. . Mr..
