<br />Recreation: Mr. Braun reported election of officers was held and cam- <br />plimented Rita Mikula on the tremendous success of the hayride where <br />i over 100 children attended. Mrs. Mikula advised that Howard Schulz <br />? donated his wagons and services; consequently, the remuneration will be <br />returned to the Clerk-Treasurer. • <br />Finance: Mr. Davis.stated nothing new to report. . <br />Architectural Board &.Cemetery: Mr. Leech.commented nothing to report. <br />Citizens Master Plan: Mr. Rickey reported no.meeting had been held., ? <br />Ordinance Review: Chairman Bob Grogan said written recommendations on "disturbing the peace" ordinance and parking of recreational vehicles . <br />ordinance will be submitted. .. General Rep,orts: , . <br />Councilman Boger asked Mr. Hul:l if he had copies of'his?plans to give <br />to Council at this time. Mr. Hull d'id and so distributed.'' • <br />The Mayor noted that after 30 years service with the IRS, John Relic the Village's Clerk-Treasurer had retired. <br />Village Engineer, Steve Hovancsek, reported finishing changes•for • <br />Progressive will be forthcoming this week from their architects. <br />,- Police Chief 5hortle reminded Council to advertise for bids on a second <br />police caro Mr. Relic reported this was in addition to the vehicle <br />damaged in an accident, and was so budgetedo. ' <br />Mro Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Braun, made.a motion to advertise for bids. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs.
