The Committee is generating more income from this which had ? <br />not rcached capacity for the enrollmento <br />Architectural Board: Councilman Leech reported various plans,were <br />approved for homes and a workshop was held April *12 concerning the pl.ans <br />for the Holiday Inn. <br />Cemetery: Councilman Leech reported the cemetery would soon be fertilized. <br />The Mayor asked the status of quotations for a fence to which Mr. Leech <br />replied more were being requested. Estimates to repair the crypt were <br />between $3,000 to $5,000 which pro,ject takes precedent. <br />Citizens Master Plan: Mr. Florian Rickey reported Chairman 5hields was <br />resigning. A letter would be submitted to Council requesting certain <br />information be obtained from Regional Flanning on zoning. <br />Ordinance Review: Chairman Grogan reported Mr. Sam Stein had resic3ned. <br />He submitted a written report ot the Committee's recommendations which. <br />were: deletion of ].ast sentence in trailer Ordinance; limitations in <br />sprinkler Ordinance; a report on off-street parking Ordinance to be <br />submitted to Council be next meeting. General RePorts: <br /> <br />Council President LeeCh stated there had been a request for a wage and <br />study committee which will be formed in the near future. He said there <br />should be a limit to the number of cars parked or stored at gas stations. <br />He aslced if anybody had approved the signs for Progressive or the trail- <br />ers parked on the property. Lou'-Hovancsek stated he would check to see <br />permits had been issuedo . <br />Clerk-Treasurer Relic report,ed receipt of certified Estimated Resources <br />from the Budget Commission for 1973, which includes total income to <br />the Village from all sourcbs of approximately $473,000. <br />' Engineer Hovancsek repdrted he had received plans for the golf course <br />addition at Parkview. Also, the street paving specifications had been <br />. filed with the ClerkPs office for which bids are due on May 15 at noon. <br />Al1 information will be ready for next Council meeting. Mr. Hovancsek <br />stated it was most important that those streets specified be repaired <br />? as soon a.s possible because they are in the Beech Hil7./Bonnieview area. <br />where the proposed pumping station is to be located. Once repaved we <br />can then hold the bua.lders liable for any road clamage subsequently done. <br />The Mayor advised that the Village Hall employees wi1l be given a half- <br />day off on Good Friday and that.this.-was not an annual ruling.
