<br />with the Regional Planning Commission. Council agreed to continue as <br />a member of. Ftega.onal Planning and a Resoluta.on will be prepared for <br />February Council meeting. ' <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />t <br />Plannina & Zoninq: Councilman Bordonaro reported a variance for the <br />sign for Rockwell's Versaplex building, and clarification of the <br />zoning classification Production/Distribution District were discussed. <br />The new business entailed the splitting of property at 6695 Glenview; <br />proposed procedure relating to any zoning requests; C.E.I. obtaining <br />301 easements,on Beta Drive and review of new proposed Zone Map for <br />the Village. <br />Mr. Byrnes stated it was h3s legal opinion that there could be no <br />retail sa1e5 of any k3nd in the zoning classification of Production/ <br />Distri.bution District. <br />Planning & ZoninQ Board of &,peals: Councilman Bordonaro reported no <br />further action was taken on the variance for a sign for Rockwell's <br />Versaplex Building until further renderings were obtai.ned from the <br />applicant; a request for a variance on the number of parking spaces <br />for Euclid =ndustries was tabled for further review. <br />Finance: CounciZman Prager introduced Pay Ordinance 605P. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Barclay, Benn ett, Bordonaro, Mrs. <br />Negrelli, Messrs. Prager, & Schulte <br />-? NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr..-Relic stated the Pay Ordinance will henceforth be itemized accord- <br />ing t_p specific fund expenditures. <br />Architectural Board of Review: Mayor Leech reported the Board approved <br />the 14,000 s f addit on to Euclid Industrfes; residential building on <br />Beech Hill and a garage,addition on Beechers Brook. <br />Recreati'ons Councilman Prager reported the Committee had a hayride for <br />wh ch Howard Schulz donated.his services and horses and wagons. Other <br />activities include basketball 'an.d vollyball. Charter Commission: Mr. Busa, Chairman, reported the Commission was,. <br />operating on sehedule and invited the Mayor to attend their January..22 <br />meeting. They have not.decided on a future public hearing. , <br />Codification Committee: Councilman Prag?r reported two firms hacl , <br />replied to request for bids. _ <br />. GENERAL REPORTS: <br />: .P? . .. <br />Clerk Treasurer Relic stated he had the Recreation Committee's book <br />? for reconciliation.
