-3- The Records Committee is charged with the responsibility of making sure otar records are protected and unnecessary records are discarded. This committee will dispose of records in accordance with State ].aw. The chairman of this committee to be Mrse Negrelli with Mrs. E1.oise Maynard and Mrs. Ruth Gilles as members. The Income Tax Board will consi.st of Larry Byrnes, Alan F3ennett, Mrs. Negrelli, and cTohn Relic as chairman. Mrs. Negrelli is appointed as Mayfield Vi11age's representative to the Mayfield Union Cemetery Board. , The Codification Gommittee will be comprised of Frank Prager as the chairman with Mrs. Negrelli and Robert Schulte committee members. The Finance Cotnmittee will consist of Councilmen Bennett and Prager, .7ohn Relic as chairman, and Ed Rose as citizen member. Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to accept the nominations for various committee appointments. Roll Ca11: AYES: Messrs.. Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Mrs. Negrelli, Messrs. Prager, & Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Nominations Approved The Mayor advised he had no appointment for the Planning & Zoning - Commission at this time. He requested that Council approve the nomination of Robart Barclay as Council Representative to the Architectural Board of Review.
