Prager, & Schulte NAYS: None Motion Ca.rried Urdinance Passed Mayor Leech advised the purpose of this Ord3.nance was to require all building contractors to secure an annual certificate of registration from the Bu3.lding Commissioner before sta.rting any work in thE Vil].age. The Building Commissioner can refuse to issue such a certificate if the contractor is not a qualified one as set forth in the Ordin ance. The registratiari fee is $10.00 per annum. An individual homeowner is not covered by this Ordinance for doing work on his own home.
