Ordinance Passed <br />Nir.•Bennett stated certain changes were desired by Council on page 3 . <br />' of the ordinance and wanted to make sure the original Village copy and the Solicitor's copy included these changes. He also requested <br />revised page 3 be circulated to the Council. <br />Codification Committees Mrs. Negrelli advised that the Council had <br />received three informal written bids for codifical. ion of the Village' s . <br />' ordi.nances and determined the Walter H. Drane Company was the best qualified to do the codification. <br />Nir. Prager, introduced Ordinance 74-16; entitled, " AN ORDINANCE <br />-...,° ACCEPTING THE BID OF THE WALTER H. DRANE COMPANY FOR THE CODIFICATION <br />. OF Td-iE VILLAGE IS O.RDINANCES". <br />.. Mro Byrnes stated bid.s were not necessary as the expenditure falls • '?, <br />under professional services. Mr. Schulte stated Justinian Publishing Co. quoted the same cost as did Dr.ane, so the Committee based its decision on the fact that <br />, surrounding municipalities used Drane and were very satisfied, in , <br />addition to,the fact this company has been in .business for a long , time and the Justinian Co. is fairly new. Mro Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to suspend <br />. the rules of law requiring an ordinance be read on three separate` ' <br />, occasions: <br />Roll Callo AYES: Messrs.
