<br />-4- <br />Mr. Prager, introduced Resolution 860; entitled, " A RESOLUTION REQUESTING <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO GIVE AID"AND ASSISTANCE TO THE VILLAGE OF <br />MAYFIELD IN SECURING TRAFFIC ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS TO MAKE AN IIPDATED STUDY <br />- AND RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING TRAFFIC ON WILSON MILLS ROAD BETWEEN S.O.M. <br />CENTER ANID LANDER ROAD AND ON LANDER ROAD BETWEEN WILSON MILLS ROAD AIVD RIDGE- <br />BURY BOULEVARD AND DECI,ARING AN EMERGENCY". <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Ooll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to pass. <br />Roll Cal.l: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Police Car Bids: The Mayor stated two bids had been received for the purchase <br />of two police cruisers and the lease of the same. After comparing the two the <br />cost would be about equal, howener, because of an unsure market for trade-in <br />- value and the maintenance costs, Council decided to accept the two year leasing <br />° contract which includes a11 maintenance and new Plymoixth F1.irys 111 ever,y year. <br />Mr. Prager introduced Ordinance 74-21: entitled, " A.N ORDINANCF AUTAORIZING TIiE <br />EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE LFASE OF POLICE CRUISERS WITH SIICCESSFUL BIDDER <br />AND DECLARING AN ENIERGENCY". <br />Mr. Relic stated funds were allocated in the budget for two new cruisers. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />law requiring an Ordinance be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />.
