Departments were overcrowded with various equipment and vehicles <br />- being housed outside; therefore, he asked Mr. Barclay, Mr. Bennett, <br />and Mra Bordonaro to come up with a recommendation for additional <br />space or bu3ldings for the Fire and Service Dep artments. <br />At,this point the Mayor announced Patrolman Donald Stevens had com- <br />pleted his probationary period.
