A letter would be cir- <br />culated among the Villagers summarizing the essence of the ordinance. <br />Ordinance 74-31; entitled, "AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE OPERATION <br />_ OF B=CYCLES 9 TRICYCLES, AND iTNICYCLES ON THE STREETS, PUBLZC HIGHtrJAYS y <br />SIDEWALKS$ OR PUBLIC PATHS OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY". <br />The Mayor comnnented the registration. of bicycles and related types <br />of equipment was recommended by SPAN and has been passed by all other <br />surrounding communities. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to pass. <br />RoTl Call: AYES: Messrs.
