Prager; & Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Ac3opted Council As a Whole introduced Ordinance 74-36; entitled, "AN ORDINRNCE DETER'NIINIATG TO PROCEED WITH THE IMPROVEMENT OF ECHO DRIVE BY THE INSTALLATIOPI OF AN EIGHT-INCH WATER MAINg HYDRANTS AND ALL NECESSARY APURTENANCES THERETO; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY". The Mayor commented this authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to advertise for bids to deterntine the actual cost to insta].l the water mai.n. Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Prager, made,a motion to suspend the rules of 1aw requiring an Ordinance be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYESt Messrs.
