Bordonaro remarked the Air_tree Park IVorth Development for <br />_.? single family homes was within the limitations of our ordinances <br />although it was not their initial proposal., Mr. Bennett added <br />that Council had turned down three proposals even though the <br />` developer contended it would be economically impossible to build <br />single family homes on the lot size required by our ordinance;
