-3- Ordinance 74-44; entitled, " AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH SUCCESSFUL BIDDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF A DUMP TRUCK AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", introduced by Mr. Bennett. Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an Ordinance be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES : All NAYS : None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to pass.
