-4- <br />now only states " annual membership dues". Mr. Bennett asked how that <br />affects the golf course as they have an annual membership fee. Mr. Prager <br />asked whether the swimming pool in the Aintree Park apartments was in- <br />cluded since the residents can use it only after payment of a fee. <br />Because of the above points raised, it was agreed to put ordinance on first <br />reading and study further by Council and the Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance 74-47; entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE <br />OF NOTES IN ANTICIPATION OF THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS," <br />was introduced by Council as a whole. The bond retirement fund will purchase <br />a note that the Village will issue zn anticipation of the bond sales. <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated the main line is already in and the project was 2/3 done. <br />The Village has an extra hydrant to put in until a new one is received, Mr. <br />Relic asked when payment would be due to whiah Mr. Hovancsek replied billing <br />will be done at the end of each month. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Prager, made a motion to suspend the rules. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Hules Suspended <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to pass. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />The Mayor reported Chief Shortle and Mr. Relic had made an offer to the bank <br />who was handling the cars from a leasing company which went bankrupt. <br />Mr. Barclay introduced Ordinance 74-48; entitled, " AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING <br />THE ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW." <br />Ordinance 74-49; entitled, " AN ORDINANCE REQUESTING THE PARKING AND/OR <br />STORING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES UPON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE <br />OF MAYFIELD AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 74-1811, was introduced by Mr. Prager. <br />A public hearing was scheduled to hear Ordinance 74-41 and 74-49 at 7:00 P.M. <br />and 7:15 P.M. respectively on October 21 before Council meets. <br />The Mayor stated Ohio Bell Telephone has asked approval for 2,700' of conduit <br />to be installed from Lander to Alpha Drive. As the request was received this <br />date , it will be referred to our Engineer to examine. <br />Mr. Bennett introduced Pay Ordinance 613.
