Mr. Pra?ter stated the cost to the Village for the traffic signalization on. Wilson Mills would be $8,000, which would include street crossings at K-Mart the high school and Miner Road. The county is paying for the entire job except for engineering fees. He also urged the people to vote on Election Day, Mr. Prager then said he hoped the residents would limit trick or treating of their children on Halloween to their respective neighborhoods until 7:00, and then attend a party to be held at the Center School or the high school. Mr. Prager bri.efly mentioned Council's support of the Recreation Committee's request to resign from MARC; however, because adverse publicity in the newspapers and a request from the school board and MARC, a meeting will be held with all involved to discuss. Mr. Bordonaro asked regarding the meeting with MARC would there be a rep- resentative from our Recreation Committee present to which Mr. Prager said yes, the Chairman, Mayor, Dr. Stabile, Mr. McClung to be included. Approval of the last Council meeting minutes was deferred until next meeting. OLD BUSINESS: Ordinance 73a27; entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 960 oF TxE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD PROVIDING CERTAIN ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE ZONING LAWS OF THE VILLAGE INCLUDING AUTOMATIC REFERRALS TO THE ELECTORATE WHERE ORDINANCES ARE ENACTED PROVIDING CHANGES TO EXISTING LAND USES OR ANY CHAPIGE WHATSOEVER TO ANY ORDINANCE, OR THE ENACTMENT OF ANY ORDINANCE REFERRING TO OTHER REGULATIONS CONTROLLING THE DEVELOPMENT OF LAND AND THE SELLING OR LEASING OR RENTAL OF PARKWAYS, PLAYGROUNDS, OR OTHER VILLACE LANDS OR REAL PROPERTY OR FOR THE WIDENING, NARROWING, RE-LOCATING, VACATING, OR CHANGING THE USE OF ANY PUBLIC STREET,AVENUE, BOULEVARD, OR ALLEY, AND OTFiER MATTERS FiEREIN SET FORTH,"was given a third reading. Ordinance 74;?41; entitled, " AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 159, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, BY ADDING SECTION 19.1 PER- TAINING TO FENCES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 773, AND DECZARING .4N ENERGENCY," WAS READ. Mr. Prager advised a public hearing was held on subject ordinance this evening and recommendation for approval was received f,r:om the Planning & Zoning Commission. Mr. Schulte stated basically the ordinance reaffirms a permit fee of $5,00 and 10¢ per lineal foot. Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to pass. Roll Call: AYES: All ?
