Ordinance 74-42; entitled, " AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND <br />' REVISED MANUAL OF RULES FOR THE AUXILIARY POLICE UNIT AND REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />NUMBERS 930; 1969-9;1969-14; 70-24; and 70-47" was given a second reading. <br />Ordinance 74-46; entitled, AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX ON PERSONS PAYING <br />ADMISSIONS TO ANY PLACE: FIXING THE AMOUNT AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION <br />TAEREOF: PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCE: REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE N0. 838; AND DECLARING 'AN EMERGENCY." <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion ta pass. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 74-48, entitled, " AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ARCHITECTURAL <br />BOARD OF REVIEW," WAS GIVEN A SECOND READING. <br />Ordinance 74-49; entitled, " AN ORDINANCE REGULATIDGTHE PARKING AND/OR <br />STORING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES UPON PRIVATE PROPERTY UdITHIN THE VILLAGE <br />OF MAYFIELD AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 74-18". <br />Mr. Prager advised a public hearing was held prior to tonight's Council <br />meeting and read the recommendation from the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />to amend the ordinance. That amendment was to incorporate sections 6a <br />and b(including all recreational vehicles) and thus section 6 c would <br />become section 6 b. Also, the ordinance requires a variance be granted <br />from the Board of Zoning Appeals and approval of the structure by the <br />Architectural Board before the Building.Department issues a permit. <br />Mr. Prager made a motion to amend the ordinance based upon the reCOmmenda- <br />tion from the Planning & Zoning Commission , and seconded by Mr. Bordonaro. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Barclay, Bordonaro, Prager, Mrs. Negrelli and Mrm <br />Schulte <br />NAYS: Mr. Bennett <br />Mre Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to pass. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs.
