Cemetery: Councilwoman Negrelli reported the crypt was finally repaired <br />and said she would submit the Village's portion of the cost to the Clerk <br />for payment. <br />GENERAL REPORTS: <br />Mr. Relic advised he was working on the budget for 1975 and hoped to have <br />a draft prepared by the next Council meeting. <br />Mr. Fovancsek reported the dome was now on the Beech FIill pumping station, <br />also evergreen screening has been completed. The seeding, however, will be <br />delayed until the spring because of the heavy ground cover of leaves. <br />Mr> Prager raised the question about any liability the Village has to provide <br />either defense counsel or compensation for time lost by =!. previous Villa'ge <br />officials due to court subpoenase Mr. Byrnes replied it is the risk of <br />holding public office and there was no provision to his knowledge of any such <br />compensation or liability; however he would look into the matter. <br />Mr. Schulte asked about the status of the parking on Aintree Park Drive to <br />which Mr. Prager said the matter would be discussed at a future date between <br />Council and the Safety forces. <br />Mr. Bennett asked to clarify his negative vote on the roll call for Ordinance <br />74-49. He said he was not against the Ordinance or the amendment, but opposed <br />- to voting on legislation without having firat a copy of same in its completed <br />state.
