Mr. Schulte, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli, made a motion to suspenda <br /> <br />Roll Ca11: Ayes: All <br />Nays: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br />Mre Schulte, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli , made a motion to pass. <br />Roll Call: Ayes: All <br />Nays: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Council as a Whole introduced Resolution 867, entitled; " RESOLUTION <br />URGING COOPERATION CONCERNING HALL01dEEN TRICK OR TREATING." <br />Roll Call: Ayes: All <br />Nays: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Prager introduced the Resolution to urge residents to limit trick or <br />treating on H alloween to 7:00 P.M. and then attend the party at the center <br />school to be sponor:ed by the Recreation Committee. <br />GENERAL REPORTS: <br />Mr. Prager advised that the Village general insurance policy will expire <br />December 14; therefore, bids would be advertised and the deadline for bids <br />would be November 18 at 1:00 P.M. <br />Mre Bennett introduced Pay Ordinance 614. <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Al1 <br />Nays: None <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Motion Carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Planning & Zoning: Councilman Bordonaro reported the Commission reviewed <br />and submitted its recommendation to Council on the Fence and Recreational <br />Vehicle Ordinancese Also, a request from Holiday Inn for a sign was re- <br />ferred t:o" Commission's workshope <br />Architectural Board: Gouncilman Barclay reported it had reviewed and re- <br />jected landscaping plans submitted by the Sand-Som Co. and also reuiewed <br />various house improvement requests. <br />R&.creation: Councilman Bennett advised the Committee would sponsor a <br />'Halloween party at the Center School on October 31 from 7-9 P.M. <br />- 5 -
