MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />Village of Mayfield <br />November 18, 1974 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regulax session <br />at the Village Hall on November 18, 1974 at 8:15 P.M. Mayor <br />Leech presiding. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mayor Leech, Messrs. Barclay, Bennett, <br />Bordonaro, Prager, Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. <br />Schulte. <br />A.bsent: None <br />Also present were Ntessrs. Byrnes, Hovancsek, Relic, Sergeant <br />Litman and Chief Hejcl. <br />COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />Florian Rickey, 6128 Wilson Mills Rd. complained about the Front <br />Row traffic and parking situation. He objected to the use of <br />high school and library parking facilities and use of private <br />driveways for turning around. Ntayor Leech replied that he is <br />sympathetic about the traffic and parking problems caused by the <br />? Front Road Theater. He reported that the Village is working with <br />Highland Heights and the County on traffic light synchronization <br />vn Wilson Mills Road in the theater area. He will discuss the <br />complaint with Chief Shortle. <br />Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Schulte made a motion to approve the <br />minutes af the Sept. lF, 1974 Council meeting. <br />Roll Call: Ayes: All <br />Nays: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Ntr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli made a motion to accept <br />the minutes of tYie Oct. 21, 1974 Council meeting. <br />Roll Call: Ayes: All <br />Nays: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />MAYOR'S COMMENTS: <br />FENCE ORDINANCE - Section 19.1 (e) of Ordinance 74-41,entitled <br />" AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 159, THE ZONING ORDIlVANCE OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, BY ADDING SECTION 19.1 PERTAINING T0 <br />FENCES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 773, <br />AND DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY, " was incorrectly reported by the <br />newspapers as requiring a fee of $1.00 per lineal foot. The <br />Ordinance reads 10 per lineal foot.
