I~fotion Carried Ordinance Passed Planning and Zoning - Mr. l~lason Mayor Busa announced that a Special i~ieeting of Planning and Zoning would be held January 24, 1968, at 8:00 p.m. Architectural Board - Air. Comella The Board will meet the second and fourth Thursday of the month. Building Committee - Mr. Jones The Committee will meet the second Friday of the month. Welfare and Recreation - 'rir. Schmidt The Committee will meet the fourth Aionday of the month. Two skat- ing ponds are available. Cemetery - T~ir. Afason - No Report. Streets and P~oads - Iir. Fitz-Gera•1d The Committee will meet the third Sunday of the month at 3:00 p.m. Civil Defense - rir, Jones He caill meet with 1~1r. Tobbe, and hopes to establish a depot as an accomodation in case of a disaster. i~i~or `s Advisory Board - Mr. Fitz--Gerald He reported that an organizational meeting had been held January 11, 1968.
