Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, <br />Schmidt aad Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Planning and Zoning: Mr. Fitz-Gerald. <br />We have been presented with plans by Standard Oil Company to build a <br />gasoline station on the Northeast corner of Wilson Mills Road and Interstate <br />271; also Texaco beside them. <br />A "Mr. Steak House" restaurant has been proposed on Wilson Mills Road. <br />This plan is up for final decision. <br />A proposal to build .a .road. in the industrial park to accomodate light <br />industry has been presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Architectural Board: <br />Mr. Comella read the minutes of the January 25 meeting. Total dollars <br />of building approved to date is $162,500.00. <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the minutes of the <br />Architectural Board be accepted as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Schmidt, <br />Donaldson and Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Building Committee: Mr. Jones. <br />The Committee met Friday, February 9, 1968. The floors of the Village <br />Hall have been sanded and refinished. <br />Welfare and Recreation Committee: Mr. Schmidt. <br />The Committee met January 22, at 8:00 p.m. It has no money for re- <br />creation yet, except for the two ice skating ponds, just ideas. The response <br />from the people was good. We have afield for baseball or soccer, and have great <br />hopes in recreation for the children. A dinner and dance is being planned. <br />
