<br />The Mayor and the Fire Chief have written letters to the Young Fire
<br />Equipment Company. They have been assured that the delivery date of the fire truck
<br />will be Niay 13, 1968, Mayor Busa will talk to Chief Hejcl about the advisability
<br />of calling them by phone or making a personal visit.
<br />Finance - Mr. Davis.
<br />The Finance Committee met April S, 1.968, and signed the vouchers. Mr,
<br />Davis thanked Mr. Loclcemer, Mr.~Schmidt and Mr, Pink for their conscientious work
<br />on the committee and for their work in preparing a new form for reports, Mayor
<br />Busa added Pir. Davis' name to this list. Mr, Davis reported that at the present
<br />tae are operating within our budget. .

<br />He read the minutes of the March 2$, 1968 meeting. Total value approved
<br />to date this year is $1,,743,900,00.
