MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING Village .of Mayfield July 15, 1968 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular session at the Village Hall .on Monday, July 15, 1968, at 8;10 p.m., Mayor Busa presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Roll Call: Present - Mayor Busa, Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Absent -None. Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis,. moved that the Minutes of the June 17, 1968 meeting be accepted as written. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None. Motion Carried Minutes Accepted 01d Business• Mayor Busa inquired about the status of the clean-up of the shopping mall in May- field Village. Mr. Schmidt said that a meeting had been scheduled of the store- keepers and the owner, at which time they will be reminded of the new Ordinance covering littering. Mr. Edelman stated that a committee, of which he is a member, has been formed to present an appeal tq the Supreme Court of Ohio for releasing some of the proposed government funds for local distribution. Mr. Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, introduced Resolution No. 735, entitled: "A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPOSED ORDER BY THE SUPREME COURT OF OHIO FOR DISTRIBU- TION OF MONEYS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT FUND," which was read to Council. Mr. Schmidt, seconded, by Mr. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Aiessrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None. Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Resolution No. 735 be approved and passes as read. Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Jones, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None. Motion Carried Resolution Adopted
