(6) purchased a cutting saw. It is on the equipment truck now. The Village Engineer, Mr. Peterson, attended a preliminary meeting to discuss the drainage for the proposed widening of SOM Center Road, from Mayfield .to north of Sandalwood. In 1971, they expect:to widen the rest of SOM. A final drainage re- view will be held in .February, 1969, at Division 12 Broadway, Garfield. Heights. Mr. Peterson feels that the Mayor and Council.should.he present at this meeting. He will notify them of the exact date. Village Solicitor - Mr. Edelman. No report. Clerk-Treasurer - Mr. Lockemer. The balance of the payment for the fire truck is being mailed. Mr. Schmidt. He thanked the Mayor, Council and the Department Heads for the pleasure of working with them this past year, and wished all a Merry Christmas. Mr. Bordonaro. He asked information about the Council Minutes concerning the ac- ceptance of streets. Mr. Donaldson. No report. Mr. Davis. He wished all a Merry Christmas and a Aappy New Year. Planning and Zoning - Mr. Fitz-Gerald. No report. Mr. Shannon thinks that better communications should be established between the citizens of the Village and the Administration. He was told that this was the purpose of the Mayor's Advisory Committee. Mr. Christiano reported a building complaint. This matter will be referred to the Architectural Board. Mr. Frank Kunzman, 6160 Robin Circle, Pinetree Park and Mr. Frank Christiano, Derby Drive, presented Petitions from their respective groups against the proposed re- zoning of Wilson Mills Road south from residential to commercial. Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that we submit both Petitions to the Planning and Zoning Committee. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None.
