I~iotion Carried. <br />Resolution Passed. <br />Mr. Donaldson thanked the Council for their support. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. llavis. <br />The Finance Committee met February 11, 1969, and signed the vouchers. Nir. Davis, <br />seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, introduced Pay Ordinance No. 546-P. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt <br />and Davis. <br />Nays - None. I~totion Carried. <br />Pay Ordinance Approved. <br />Air. Davis, seconded by Mr. Comella, introduced Ordinance No, 69-9, entitled: "An <br />Ordinance Amending Section 2 of Ordinance i1o. 930, entitled 'An Ordinance Approving <br />the Estab1is11ment and Revised Manual of Rules for the Auxiliary Police Unit and <br />Repealing Ordinance No. 747. "` <br />Mr. Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring an <br />Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />atoll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and <br />Davis. <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried. <br />Rules Suspended. <br />iir. Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Air. Davis, moved that Ordinance 69-9 be approved and <br />passed as read. <br />doll Call: Ayes - Aiessrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and <br />,Davis. <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried. <br />Ordinance Passed. <br />The pay for Auxiliary Policemen will be retroactive as of the first of tine year. <br />The salary of a full-time Fireman, the rate of a Police Clerk from the hours 3:00 to 9:00 <br />p.m., and the uniform allowance for new Patrolmen have been referred back to the Safety <br />.and Service Committee. <br />Planning_and Zoning - Mr. Fitz-Gerald. <br />i~Ir. Fitz-Gerald read the i+Iinutes of the February 11, 1969 meeting. He reported that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission did not feel that there was sufficient evidence at this <br />time to require rezoning of the south side of Wilson Mills Road from residential to <br />commercial.. <br />Fie reported on a Field Trip to Euclid Automatic Machinery Company and will await <br />further date from them. <br />Nlr. Julius Paris recommended four changes in the present Ordinance concerning the <br />Industrial Park: <br />1. One parking space for every one and one-half employee or one space for <br />every 500 square feet of building area, whichever provides more spaces. <br />
