Jim Gilles. <br />He asked about funds that will be received from Sesquicentennial. He was informed <br />that a Board of ^lrustees will be appointed to take care of this matter. <br />i~Tr. Sam Shannon - Worton Park. <br />iie presented a Petition to Council objecting to the proposed rezoning of the south <br />side of Wilson Mills Road to commercial. This Petition contained 153 signatures <br />from idorton Park. Mr. Ron Brennan questioned the mentioning of this Petition by <br />Planning and Zoning in their previous meeting, since the Petition had not been <br />presented. Further discussion followed concerning the Wilson Mills Zoning issue. <br />Mr. John Keorber and Mr. William Giesse. <br />They presented proposed plans for garden type apartments on 2U acres of upper <br />forty. The estimated tax revenue,'based upon 1968 rates and 40% of the evaluation <br />is:Mayfield School Board $60,640.00; Mayfield Village - $13,920.00, and Cuyahoga <br />County $16,800.00, making a total of $91,360.00. <br />r1r. Davis, seconded-by Mr. Bordonaro, moved that we present the plans of Mr. Giesse <br />to the. Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Donaldson, Bordonaro, Schmidt and <br />Davis. <br />Nays - None. Nlotion Carried. <br />The Chairman of Planning and Zoning will contact I~Ir.
