MINUTES OF THE REGULAR PIEETING <br />VILLAGE OF PIAYFIELll <br />MARCH 17, 1969 <br />The Council of the Village of~Mayfield met in regular session at the Village <br />Ilall on i°Ionday, March 17, 1969, at 8:10 p.m., Mayor Busa presiding. <br />'1 he Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present - Mayor Busa, Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, <br />Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. <br />Absent -None. <br />Mr. Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the Minutes of the February <br />17, 1969 meeting be corrected to read, on Page 1, "February 17," instead of <br />"February 11," and insert "No. 754" for the Resolution on Page 4. <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt <br />. and Davis. <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried. <br />Minutes Accepted. <br />Old Business: <br />Ordinance No. 69-10, entitled: "An Ordinance to Amend Sections 30.4, 30.5 and <br />30.6 of Ordinance No. 763, as Amended by Ordinance No. 1000 with Respect to <br />Area Regulations, Yard Regulations and Off-Street Parking and Loading Regulations <br />in Production Distribution Districts, Off ice-Laboratory Districts, and Motorist <br />Service Districts," which had its first reading at the last Council Fleeting was <br />given its second reading. The next Planning and Zoning rieeting will be held April <br />14, at 8:00 p.m., at 8:00 p.m., and at 8:30 p.m., a Public Hearing will be held. <br />No decision has been received from the Judge concerning the Texaco Oil Co. case. <br />The Village of Mayfield will receive the additional $3,600.00 due them from the <br />1968 Local Government Fund. On i~iarch 19, 1969, several cities are appealing the <br />1969 tax allocation. NIayor Busa personally thanked r1r. Edelman for his awareness <br />in noticing the tax error. <br />Mayor Busa inquired about the gas odors on Sandalwood. Chief Ilejcl has had no more <br />calls about the gas. They have a tentative location of the gas wells. The County <br />Engineer has pin-pointed the gasoline odors in the clean-out T as coming from the <br />Humble Gas Station on Wilson Mills Road. <br />Mr. Hovancsek has held three Saturday sessions at the Village Hall. Two groups <br />have come in with drainage problems. These problems will be reviewed in the <br />Safety and Service fleeting. Two additional requests were for roadway improvements <br />and one request was for a sanitary sewer. Mr. Hovancsek will be at the Village <br />Hall this Saturday from 1:00 to 4:OU p.m. <br />Local Income Tax - Mr. Lockemer <br />Mrs. fiaynard attended the tax meeting on March 12, 1969. We have received two <br />payments this year. <br />Sesquicentennial - fir. Donaldson. <br />flr. Donaldson read the Minutes of the last meeting.
