10. <br />Mr. .Sam Shannon - Worton Park - He noted that the administration were good people <br />who worked like dogs, and wondered what was the sense of making a lot of noice <br />after it is too late. <br />Robert Beebe-Zorn Lane - He felt like he was attending a wake and thought that the <br />amount to be received from taxes from an Industrial Park ores most overrated. <br />James Donaldson - He did receive phone calls, evaluated them and voted on this <br />basis. <br />Mr. Schmidt - He did what he thought was best for the people, not for himself. We <br />cannot change the Industrial Park, let's make it a good one. <br />Mr. Schultz - Mr. Fitz-Gerald, you told me it was inconceivable that a group of <br />citizens would be concerned about your sidewalk. Now, we are concerned about the <br />Industrial Park. <br />Mr. Fitz-Gerald - He thinks that in the end, we see eye to eye. Planning and <br />Zoning and Regional Planning feels that for the good of the people, the amended <br />Ordinance will attract more desirable industries. <br />John Michalko - Wilson Mills Rd. [,then you increase your building, can you <br />control parking? We also need more landscaping. <br />After more pros and cons from the audience and the administration, Mr. Davis, <br />seconded by Mr. Fitz-Gerald, moved that the meeting be ad3ourned. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs.
