Nays - None Motion Carried Mr. Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Mr. Comella, made a motion to purchase two maps not to exceed in price $375.00. Roll Ca11: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays.- None. Motion Carried rir. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, made a motion to give the Erieway Service Company the contract to clean the streets - $140.00 per cleaning not to exceed three times per year. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None Motion Carried Chief Hejcl was thanked for trading three old lights for an explosion meter. Chief He~cl will check on the repair work to be done on the siren, so that it can be blown at noon, as has been the custom. Finance Committee - Mr. Davis The Finance Committee met April 15, 1969. Cuts were made in the budget. The new budget will be sent to the County Auditor. Mr. Davis asked each Department Head to watch their budgets for the coming quarter. Mr. Davis asked the ad- visability of his attending the Safety and Service Committee meetings. The Mayor and Council wished for him to continue attending meetins. Mr. Pink was recognized as a member of Finance Committee. Mr. Davis, seconded by rir. Schmidt introduced Pay Ordinance No. 548-P and recommended the passage of it. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None. Motion Carried Pay Ordinance Approved Building and Service Departments - Mr. D'Agostino Mr. D'Agostino reported that a sign had been replaced at Oakwood and Wilson Mills Road. The drapes in the Village Hall have been cleaned and the Council Chamber has been painted.
