He
thought that the question at present had nothing to~do with the Wilson Mil3s°.
sidewalk issue, and that our concern should not be on the density of the
Industrial Park but quality of tenants,
Mr. Bordonaro - Noted the intention to deny referendum by passing Ordinance
No. 9-10 with an emergency clause. Many have expressed their desire to vote
on the issue by signing a petitiono Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by
introduced Ordinance Noo 69-29, entitled:"AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE
NOo 6.9-10, WITH RESPECT TO AREA REGULATIONS, YARD REGULATIONS, AND OFF-STREET
PARKING. AND LOADING REGULATIONS IN PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS, OFFICE-
LABORATORY DISTRICTS, AND MOTORISTS SERVICE DISTRICTS."
Mro Fitz-Gerald - Feels very strongly about this Ordinance. He thinks that
after sixty days of study, it is good legislation and feels that the builder
is a very scrupulous mane He feels strongly that it should ~.ot be placed on
the ballot. This is confusing.
Mr. Bordonaro - He asked if it was a controversy.
