3~ Architectural Board - Mr. Comella Mr. Comella read the minutes of May 22, 1968 meeting. The total evaluation to date is ~ 2,054,`500,00 The overflow of Beecher°s Brook was discussed. Mayor Busa stated that the problem was getting worse and asked.Mr. ~Iovancs8k to-run a " Topo" and check with the state as to the::=.possibility of picking up the overflow. Mr. Hovancsek will call Div~.sion 12 immediatelyo Mayor Busa explained that he had left the Council, Cl~am~ber at the previous meeting to answer an urgent phone call. He stated that he did not walk out of the meeting. because the meeting was too hot, as reported in the news papers. A phone has now been provided for an emergencyo Building Committee - Mr, Bordonaro .- No-;report due to Sesquicentennial Celebrationo The Mayor and "the Council thanked the Service-Director and his men for good clean up .;work folaowing the Sesquicentennial Celebration. Recreation Committee - Mro Schmidt Mr. Schmidt gave a report of the last recreation committee meeting. Mr. Edelman asked Mr. Schmidt to take pictures of the recreation area to present to the County Auditor for claim for tax exemptions. Union Cemete~°,y - Mr. Donaldson The cemetery is being mowed. Different plans ,for the decorative fence are being eonsideredo Civil Defense - Mr. Bordonaro Mr. Bordonaro reported that a .former Civil Defense Director now Tives in Mayfield Villageo His name has been given to Mr. Tobbe. The second reading of Ordinance Noo 69-29, entitled: " AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDIN7~iNCE N0. 69- 10, WITH RESPECT TO AREA_REGULATIONS, YARD.REGULATIONS, AND OFF-STREF~T PARKING AND LOADING REGTLATIONS IN PRODUCTION DISTRIBtTTION DISTRICTS, OFFICE- LA~ORATpRY DISTRICTS, AND MOTORISTS SERVICE DISTRICTS," was made by Mr. Edelman. A public hearing, on this Ordinance will be held June 24, 1969, Safety and Service - Mro Schmidt Mro Schmidt read the minutes of the June 2, 1969 Safety and Service meeting.
