4. <br />The committee studied and recommended the following new ordinances: <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by. Mr. Davis, introduced Ordinance No. 69-30, entitled: <br />" AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DISTURBING OF' THE PEACE AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. <br />970 , ~~ <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Comella , moved that the rules of law requiring <br />an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt <br />and Davis. <br />Nays - None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mro Schmidt, seconded by.
