4. The committee studied and recommended the following new ordinances: Mr. Schmidt, seconded by. Mr. Davis, introduced Ordinance No. 69-30, entitled: " AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DISTURBING OF' THE PEACE AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 970 , ~~ Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Comella , moved that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mro Schmidt, seconded by. Mr. Davis, moved that Ordinance No. 69-30 be approved and passed as read. Roll Gall: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonara, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, introduced Ordinance No. 69-31, entitled: " AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND MAINTAINING ORDER IN AND AROUND PUBLIC PORTIONS OF SHOPPING CENTERS, BUSINESS CENTERS, SCHOOL YARDS, CHURCH YARDS, PARKING LOTS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES ~D PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION." Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mro Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on thee-separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. The committee recommended that plastic casts be purchased for use in the ambulance o Chief Shortie reported that they are in the process of striping the streets.
