5e Mayor Busa asked Mro D°Agostino to check on the white lines on SOM Center Rd. Finanoe Committee - Mr. Da~i.s Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Comella introduced and recommended the passage of Pay-Drd~nance Noo 55o-P. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and Davis. Nays - None _ _ A4otion Carried Pay Ordinance Passed In July the proposed budget for 1970 will be prepared. Mayor Busa asked Mr. D'Agostino and Chief Sho~°tle to present plans for a new truck and police car. Building and Service Departments - Mr. D'Agostino Mr. D'Agostino read the building and service departments reports for the previous month. Mayor Busa complimented Mr. D'Agostino on the landscaping of the Village Hall. Fire Department - ire Chief Hejcl Chief Hejcl reported the answering of 16 flood calls for the previous-month, Mayor Busa read a " Thank You" card from the Ivanicky's to the Fire Department. Other thank you letters were read ~f~om Mayor Brennan, complimenting Donald Smith of the Police Department and from Mrs. Phillip Lazzaro, thanking David Wheatcroft and Jack Jay of the Police Department for their services. Police DeRartment - Police Chief Shortle Chief Shortle gave a report for the month of Mayo Village Engineer - Mr. Hovancsek Mro Hovancsek reported that work was being done on Beta Drive, ,the paving of Northboro, Chase and a section of Beecher°s .Brook in Aintree -Park and the completition of the numbering map. Mayor Busa asked Mr. Hovancsek for a plastic overlap of the map to show zoning information. The Mayor noted that the administration is very well pleased with Mr. Hovancsek's activities, Clerk-Treasurer - Mr. Lockemer - No Report Village Solicitor - Mro Edelman.
