<br />Mro Lockemer clarified the question that had been raised concerning the
<br />pe~t~.tion of the Civic League that was filed July 25, 1969. The Civic League
<br />filed the petition , July 25, 1968 and the certificate was filed with the
<br />Board of Elections August 5, 19690 The petition is on file in the Clerk's
<br />Office and contains only 280 signatures , not 600 signatures. Mr. Lockemer
<br />will attend a Public Hearing, July 22, 1969 at the Election Board,
