r <br />7. <br />Mayor Busa asked if there were any questions from the audience. Questions <br />were asked concerning the annexation. Mayor Busa assured them that the_. <br />Administration was doing everjTthing possible, with the aid of nine lawyers. <br />He felt that a number of things had made the developers change their minds <br />and ask for annexation, possibly lower tax rates for one thing. Members of <br />the audience wondered of it could hve been the attitude of the Village. As <br />for reconciliation, the Mayor felt that the developers had placed themselves <br />in a position of no return, and must go through with the annexation now. <br />Mr. Leech thanked Mr. Comella for a good time-at the Village Picnic. Mayor <br />Busa also thanked Mr. Comella and his committee. <br />Mr. William Giesse, representing Upper Forty, stated that they had re- <br />evaluated their former plans ~n.d asked to present to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission their new proposal of 130 single family attached dwellings. Mr. <br />Giesse asked to attend the next Planning and Zoning meeting. Mayor Busa. <br />advised Mr. Giesse the Planning and Zoning Commission would determine what <br />meeting would be best for him anc~,associates to attend and would advise them <br />accordingly. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Fitz-Gerald, moved that the meeting be adjouPn~d. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - All <br />Nays - None <br />Motion Carried <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M. . <br />r <br />APPROVED ,CJ ~ ~ ~~'~~ <br />Clerk -Treas. <br />
