Ins. Leech requested and Mayor Busa agreed <br />to a discussion with involved parties. Bid tabled to next council meeting. <br />Union Cemetery,: Mr. Leech - Lawn mower has been repaired. Ad3acent land- <br />owners are concerned about the fence. <br />Meeting recessed at 10:00 P.M. <br />Meeting reconveened at 10:15 P.M. <br />Streets and Roads: Mr. Boger - Previously discussed. <br />Civil Defense: Mr. Boger - Reported that radio equipment at Warrensville <br />Heights is available for the van and there is~a generator ava~.lable in the <br />van for emergency use. Mayor Busa requested that he look over the Van <br />Curers Building and do what is necessary to program that unit for emergency <br />power failure. If Cleveland Electric Illiminating Company goes on strike <br />he can foresee an emergency for the police department. <br />Mayors Advisory Committee: .Mr. Utz-Gerald - Minutes of the meeting read <br />by Mr. Boger. <br />Mr. Hovancsek viewed the ditch at 981 Worton Park with regards to the <br />septic tank outletting into the ditch. He reported that pipes are not in <br />front of the home to tie-in. Discussion followed and noted that it is a <br />health hazard. Mayor Busa requested Mr. D°Agostino investigate further <br />and report back to council next meeting. <br />Plannin and Zonin Committee: Mr. Fitz-Gerald - Mr. Lockemer read the <br />minutes of the meeting June. 9 1970. Holiday Inn matter was the prime <br />concern. • <br />- Ordinance ~j0-20 was placed on second reading and a public hearing set for <br />Wednesday9~July 299 1970 at 8:00 P.M. at Mayfield Center School for the <br />rezoning of Holiday Inn Site. <br />Discussion on Holiday Inn followed.
