Council tabled the purchase of the sign applica- tor. Dual battery for the police ambulance has been installed. Discussion followed about purchase of signs and applicator. Mr. Zeech made a motion to table the buying of signs and. applicator. Finance Committee: Mr. Davis - Reported Finance Committee met and approved vouchers. Mr. Lockemer stated that we have, to propose a budget each year and make it higher -.. than anticipated. RESOLUTION 774: Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, introduced Resolution 774, Entitled: "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1971." Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, made a motion that the rules of law requiring a resolution be read on three sep- arate occasions be suspended.
