Leech, seconded by Mr. Davis, Ordin- <br />ance #'JO-32, Entitled: "AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD <br />PETTY CASH FUND AND TO REPEAL ORDINl~.NCE #9389 1026, 10279 69-17,' 69-24, <br />RESOLUTION-#264 AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES~AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HERE- <br />Ir1ITH.17 Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the rules of law <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Leech9 Bordonaro9 Boger9 Schmidt and Davis. <br />NAYS: None. <br />' Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Boger9 seconded by Mr. Davis, made a motion to pass Ordinance X70-32 <br />as read. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Leech9 Bordonaro9 Boger and Davis. <br />NAYS: Mr. Schmidt.. <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />;~ <br /> <br />An Appellate Board: Mr. Edelrnan called attention to the fact that the <br />building code provides that there shall be a Board of Building Code Appeals <br />consisting of five (5) members appointed by the mayor. No such Appellate <br />Board has ever been appointed. The building code also provides that the <br />mayor with the consensus of council may designate any other village board <br />or commission to act as~the Board of Building Code Appeals. Mr. Edelman <br />suggested that the members of the Board of Zoning Appeals could be so <br />appointed. Mr. Schmidt9:seconded by Mr..Davis9 made a motion to confirm <br />this designate. Motion was defeated by lack of an affirmative vote. <br />The matter will be considered at a future meeting. <br />Mr. Leech asked if Worton Park. is accepted as a road? Mr. Edelman answered <br />"yest9. <br />Mr. Schanfarber asked about using the tPEquipment Fund°B for the sign <br />applicator? Mr. Edelman advised that it could be used for equipment. <br />Mayor Busa asked Mr. Lockemer to explore it. <br />Mayor Busa asked for any comments from the floor. The pros and cons <br />of Holiday Inn Site were stated by members of the audience. <br />Nir. Davis9 seconded by Mr. Schmidt9 moved that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs.
