Entitled: " AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE CONSTRUCTION, ALTERING, OPERATION AND CLEANING OF INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL PLANTS AND SEPTIC TANKS, TO REQUIRE A LICENSE FOR CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANKS AND TO REPEAL ORDINANCE N0. 288." Given a second reading. ORDINANCE # 70-36: Introduced by Mr. Boger at the July 20, 1970 meeting, Entitled: " AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 69-7, ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS FOR GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS", BY ADDING SECTION 1 (a) PERTAINING TO ABANDONED AND INOPERATIVE GASOLINE SERVICE STA= TIONS." Mayor Busa suggested that we create a Pollution Board qr Committee and asked for volunteers. Mayor°s Association Regional Sewer and Water Authority: Delay action until next council meetings Widening of Interstate 271: Mayor Busa will attend the meeting Wednesday morning at the Garfield Heights Office of the State of Ohio Highway Depart- ment and report back to council. ORDINANCE # 70-20: Introduced by Mr. Davis at the April 20,1970 meeting, Entitled: " AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF MAYFIELD BY TRANS- FERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF WILSON MILLS ROAD INTO MOTORIST SERVICE DISTRICT, BUT LIMITED TO MOTEL ACCOMODATIONS AND USES ACCESSORY THERETO." Given a third reading. Mr. Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, made a motion that Ordinance # 70-20 be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: AYES Messrs. Fitz- Gerald and Schmidt. NAYS: Messrs. Leech, Eordonaro, Boger and Davis. Motion Failed Ordinance Not Passed Architectural Board: Mrs Leech .- One house being built, three house additions and a pool. Building and Grounds Committee Mrs Bordonaro- Estimates are needed from the building tradesmen for remodeling town halls Mrs Boger, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to advertise for bids for electrical, carpentry, plumbing concrete and beatings Roll Call: AYES: Messrs Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Davis.
