Police Department Chief Shortle - Monthly report read by the chief. Village Engineer: Mr. Hovancsek - Monthly report read by him. Mr. Boger asked the Ser. Dept. to have installed a one way sign on Zorn Lane, which. is missing at the present, Police Department Applicator Material: Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Leech, made a motion to purchase $ 200.00 worth of material for the sign applicator as soon as possible. Motion Carried Purchase Order Approved Mr. Davis stated that he has had telephone requests by residents to abate the dust from tYie roadway op BeechHill Road. Mayor Busa thanked Mr. Schmidt, Council President, for the fine job he did in presiding at the last council meeting in his absence. Mayor Busa asked if there were any questions from the floor: Mr. Rickey remarked about Mr. Leech's vote on Ordinance No. 70-20. He felt that Mr. Leech should disqualify himself from voting because he lives in Worton Park. Mr. Fitz-Gerald defended his right to vote , as a councilman, regardless of where he lives, stating that " he has to live somewhere in the village." There being no further business, Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion to adjourn.
